April-May - Pismo Beach, CA

From April 22, May 8th - again, several (15 rigs) InterVec-Phoenix Travel Club members gather together to enjoy
a fun time in Pismo Beach - at the Pismo Coast Village RV Resort.

Our Pismo Beach home - The Pismo Coast Village.
The sign is along side an enlarged Pismo Clam, this year with a patriotic paint job.

Looking good as we settle in...

Several people asked to see inside our Phoenix Cruisers -
thinking about downsizing from Class A's perhaps?

During our first evening, we enjoyed the Great American Melodrama & Vaudeville Show.

Tonight's performance was a parody of Les Miserables.
A shortened version with lots of hissing, booing, cheering,
a fun evening.

Then, day two -- our Pot Luck Dinner.

With plenty of good grub to dig into to.

Now - off to explore Pismo Beach

Their Fishing Pier is always fun, and reminds us of our own in IB.

Their beach, looking north..

... And looking South.
Our RV Park is nestled in the low trees in the distance, right adjacent to the beach.

Pismo - A restful location

We had a one candle power fire for awhile. Not very effective.

But we soon found some wood, which increased the enjoyment (and heat) greatly.

Breakfasts are a good time for fellowship as well.

In addition to California residents, we had the states of Washington,
New Mexico & Texas represented as well.

It warmed up nicely in the afternoon.

Hmmm - Should Kermit be worried about this as competition?

Last evenings dinner - a good way to say good bye 'till next time.
(Back in Pismo - April of 2014.)

And - are looking into a repeat of our San Diego area gathering in January 0f '14 as well.

Sitting around the campfire...

With member Ken Prichard helping along...

(With thanks to Kay Eldridge or the use of 5 of her photos)

Unveiled when  we were in Pismo - is a new shirt for InterVec-Phoenix Travel Club members.

Here is Jim Eldridge modeling his.
I ordered several to "Test Market" them at Pismo and when we are in Petoskey.

A close up of the monogram.

I just ordered a minimum run - all XL - as a market test run.

If interested contact me for details.

Our next time out will be in August, as we head out to Petoskey, MI, with several stops along the way in both directions.
